InFetch provides free web tools that fetch publicly available Instagram content (videos, photos, stories, profile pictures, captions, comments) from links you supply. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

2. Acceptable use

• Download only content you have the right to save — your own posts, or public posts for personal, non-commercial use.
• Do not use InFetch to harass, impersonate, stalk or harm anyone.
• Do not attempt to access private accounts or circumvent Instagram's access controls.
• Do not abuse the service with automated scraping at unreasonable rates.

3. Copyright

Creators keep all rights to their content. You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded files. Republishing or commercial use without the rights holder's permission may infringe copyright — see our DMCA page for takedown requests.

4. Not affiliated

InFetch is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InFetch is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including failed downloads or content inaccuracies.

We may update these terms; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
